Min took her first yoga class with Jonathan in 2007 and she had recently completed the level I yoga instructor’s training. She believes that yoga helps students to connect the body, mind and soul. Her main goal is to help students build a solid foundation, which enables them to simply enjoy basic stretches; and/or prepare themselves to advance to the next level. Min speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and English; she welcomes any questions regarding yoga practice.
